What’s included
Every inspection comes with the following observations
Drone imaging and Video
With This, We will fly a drone over the requested area in a full view observation (depending on building size), low clearance fly over for closer lookup, And detailed images and overview of and observations in question.
Thermal Imaging
With this. we will do similar to the regular drone flight. But we will arrive onsite before sunrise and take Thermal imaging of the roof and HVAC units. to look for ant areas that may not be performing optimally.
Boots on the Ground walk.
when We complete the Drone observations. We will walk the requested area taking special note of anything out of the ordinary observed from the drone flight.
We will also look for faulty workmanship, or failing materials. And damages that may have been done post construction.
When we are complete with the inspection we will provide a comprehensive inspection report noting all observations and any recommendations to fix/prevent further damage.
